  • NC electrolytic machining technique for gradually speed mixed deep rifle of artillery barrel developed in terms of non-traditional machining and precision machining to greatly increase production rate, yield and life of barrel, having been extensively used on various warships and “land shield” as weaponry and “Liaoning” aircraft carrier. The first 15000A, 2.5MPa 24m horizontal NC electrolytic machining system developed in the world has achieved one-step forming of long screw pump stator of 8m in length, which was referred to as the “world-class difficulty in manufacture” in oil drilling and production.

  • First set of simulation software and ground winding test system for guidance fiber winding process developed in precision machine design and theory in China, the research findings have been applied to development and production of precision strike weapon including HJ-10 anti-tank missile and torpedo etc.

  • First CNC Gear Measurement Center developed in China, including three generations namely CCZ series, 39 series and GD series in terms of precision measurement and control to offer NC test equipment with advanced performance for precision measurement of work-pieces including spiral bevel gear, contrate gear, enveloping worm and complex cutting tool. The research findings have achieved industrialization, having been subjected to promotion and application in more than 300 enterprises in China, resulting in direct economic benefit up to RMB 260 million yuan.

  • Information oriented digital platform for new type manufacturing industry based on knowledge resource library for three-dimension design of basic part for machinery as well as knowledge resource library for basic information and process for NC machining developed for information oriented major equipment manufacturing industry in terms of digitally integrated manufacture technology, which has been extensively adopted in more than 80 universities and enterprises in national defense and military industry.
